Components for Schrader Pacific products are machined in our facility using state-of-the-art high-speed multi-spindle and Swiss CNC machining centers. With a broad variety of precision machining centers in our facility, we assure that all parts are machined using the most cost-effective process with the greatest capability.

Quality control processes are an integral part of our machining methodology. The Schrader Pacific Production System integrates both in-process and finished goods monitoring with additional quality verification checks integrated into the assembly process.
